This cute dress was made by one of my favorite vintage labels, Oops California. I think it is a late 70s design. The fabric is extremely soft and slightly sheer. The fabric content tag is missing, but the fabric feels like it could be a cotton poly/rayon blend.
It has a bit of stretch to the fabric and the waistband is elastic. There are two little loops on each side of the waist, meaning it originally most likely came with a little sash or skinny belt. The dress itself is in fantastic condition.
